No other boys fancy her.I cant tell her it aint gunna happen cos she will pretend she doesnt like me in the first place.  Have you tried simply ignoring her?....The more you make eye contact, the more you notice what she's doing, the more she thinks you're interested. If you suspect she'll do the back stroke when you confront her, then simply act as though she's not really there. Believe me, she'll eventually get the hint and leave you alone. It takes two to tango.

 I would tell her to back off. You can report her. Teachers are not supposed to have any other kind of relationship with a student other than a teacher/student working relationship.
You need to tell her to back off whether she will pretend she doesn't like you or not.
