 By eliminating anal sex or any other pleasure you have automatically denied yourself the true use of fantasy to improve your future in the bed room. Try watching porn for a few days with your partner whioe you are both nude. Good luck

 Why not try role playing, costumes, props, toys? Or how about having sex in a semi-public place to add a little rush? Also you say no anal, but fingering him there can add a lot I hear. Try having sex in new places too. Like say you're always in bed, try it in the shower or on the couch. Good luck!
