lillady55 agony auntHi, I get a lot of discharge and pain in the side of my stomach when im ovulatin, if this pain is about 2 weeks after your period then i think this is what you'r experiencing. I used to get it every month and it was quite painful. I am now on the pill and this has stopped it. Hope this helps. x

deejuliet agony auntPart of the natural, normal, menstrual cycle is to have a few days of oderless, goopy discharge. Maybe this month it is just excessive and more noticeable than usual? Time to visit the OB/GYN. Only he will know for sure.

Hi dear!

I don't know if I can help a lot... I would say about your discharge that aslong it is clear, doesnt smell and doesn't itch, you don't have to worry too much. I do have this sort discharge quite often (alway in the middle of the cycle for a few days). My doctor said that everything is ok.

But there is alos this pain in your lower right part of my tummy and your prehistory, so I don't know if there is a relation with your discharge.

Best way to find out is to go to see your gynaecologist. I would do that as soon as possible, so if there is something, it can still be treated, but if you wait to long, there will maybe be some complications, what makes it worse.

Hope for you, there is nothing at all, but only some digestion problems.

Country Woman agony auntOK you are starting to put two and two together here and reaching 5.

Calm yourself first of all. Are you due to have a period or have you just had one?

Sometimes the slimy discharge can be linked to pregnancy but I would not say for certain. If it has tiny strands of blood in it this can be an indication.

The pain in the lower right part of the tummy does not sound great but this can be a number of reasons. Linked to really bad wind which can be excruitating depending on what foods you have eaten recently, especially acidic ones.

Just before or after a period you can still experience stomach cramps.

The ectopic pregnancy must have been extremely difficult for you and my heart goes out to you. Losing a tube is never easy.

I had ovarian cysts which strangled one of my ovaries when I was 15 so I lost the ovary and the tube and always doubted my chances of falling pregnant. They then said to me that it was 100-1 to me that it would ever happen again but in the back of my own mind I always thought it could happen and it did 8 years later. I had one large cyst on my right ovary then and loads of little ones on the outside. They removed the large one which was the size of an egg and punctured the little ones.

I became pregnant in 1990 which was unplanned and miscarried when I was between 5 and 6 weeks due to a bad car accident. I was then told it may take ages to fall pregnant but in 2000 I started trying after coming off the pill and fell pregnant 6 weeks later. My daughter is now a gorgeous 6 year old and very fit and healthy.

The discharge you describe does sound similar to the one I had on the same day I did a pregnancy test for my daughter so just don't get too excited about this as you can have discharges that can happen even a day or two after sex.

Just get yourself to your doctor as soon as possible if the cramps in your stomach continue and see if you can rest up for the rest of today if it becomes bad. I wouldn't leave it though with the history you have had.

I don't want to worry you either but please just get yourself checked over OK.

Keep us posted eh!

Take care.
