It's common knowledge that he has a major crush on another one of my male friends, who is straight. That friend has an unrequited crush on my best female friend. It gets even more complicated when a few weeks ago, she confessed to me that she was a lesbian and had been in love with me for half a year already. What should I do?!

Sell the rights to your story to ITV?
Seriously the four of you need to agree to just be friends and chill out on the whole romance business. If any of you tries to make a move, it will be like pulling the pin from a hand grenade and dropping it in the middle of your little foursome. Only with the grenade, there would be less mess to clean up.

What can you do?
It's not rare to see a girl falling in love with a gay friend. If he's gay, focusing on loving him won't bring you anywhere with him though.
Same goes with your Lesbian friend.
