She also said she finds me funny and overheard her and a friend say should I ask him. However I have a feeling I won't have a chance so I don't know if there will be any point talking to her due to me feeling depressed and so low. I am now tempted to ask her out but feel that I will be rejected.I had been rejected by someone else before and don't feel like I can compete.

Ask :) what do you have to loose? You can only really gain from it :) You can either do it in a subtle way eg flirting an seeing if she flirts back and doing this for a while, or asking her straight out. But there is a risk with that one that he may feel rushed or embarrassed or something and it could all go wrong :/ so I would suggest the first option :)

Ehm, it sounds like she likes you :) but dont look too much into the whole "overhearing" thing as she may be talking about someone else :/ There are only really two main choices here; you either wait and see what happens or you ask her yourself, as what do you really have to loose, but you have so much to gain :)
good luck an I wish you hap
