 Most women won't do anal, so that's not uncommon. Many women refuse to give oral too, and in fact I've never dated a girl that would. After three years, if she hasn't changed, she isn't going to. This is who she is. Either you love her more than you care about sex and get used to how it is, or you'll need to move on and find someone that fits you better.
