 Could be a few issues man... perhaps youre more conscious about ur body with women that matter than women who dont? so this causes you to not perform well. Maybe booze gets you going and you dont have it in you when youre not with random women? id just be patient and get a GF so u can really figure this out with her.

Look the easy around it is a plenty of foreplay and afterplay, if you've already given them an orgasm before intercourse then how long you last is not as big a deal, if you down on them straight after again, then it's even less of a deal.
You could also have tactical wank a few hours before you hook up with a girl you like. it's effective but if you time it wrong the opposite can happen and you might not be able to get it up.
I've had that happen a few times and would you believe it still happens from time to time with my current girlfriend but it's never an issue because I love giving head and I give lots of it.
Just remember though OP, it's not a big deal if you give plenty of head and lots of long sensual touches during foreplay.
