Ive been told by a doctor that there is not such thing as a small vagina. They stretch as required. I have been told that by completing pelvic floor excercises you can improve muscle control and build up the muscles. This doenst make u smaller but apparently helps with given that affect and is very good for you too!!

Nope, height and weight doesn't play a role in that at all, or at least never that I've heard of. And your vagina definitely doesn't get smaller when you lose weight, that I'm positive of.
