You wouldn't ovulate because you wouldn't need to - your most recently released egg is fertilised so you don't need to fertilise any others. However you can still get the discharge because that's just the vagina's way of keeping itself clean.

reader, anonymous, writes (16 April 2010): you would not ovulate. Ovulation is when the ovary releases an egg to be fertilized. If the egg is fertilized it will implant into the uterine wall, if not it will be expelled along with all the blood and lining in your uterus. if an egg has already been fertilized and implanted another will not be released.
You will probably have discharge, even more than normal because the discharge is caused by hormones, which a running wild during pregnancy. Unless the discharge is chunky, yellow, green, or tinted with blood you are fine.
