Wouldn't that be easier than having to be sly and sneaky in order to cheat? You apparently don't like the girl you're with if you cheat, so why lie to her and still be with her?I am really interested in knowing the answers to these questions.

I think that they do like the girl they're with, but they also want someone else, not just be with one person all the time, that does not mean that's the reason behind every cheater. Some may still like their partner, and cheat because they're physically attracted to the other person but may still stay with their partner because that's the person that they want to stay in the long run with. Others I think cheat simply because they get tired of their partner and yes, in that case I don't know why they decide to stay with them and keep hurting them. Hope this helped.

Sorry I'm a female but I couldn't resist adding my two cents in to this question. My view is that cheaters do it because they are frightened of their own feelings and scared to get too close to someone.
