I was seeing a guy, and I wasn't very experienced, didn't want to really do much below the belt, but I remember a couple of times where we were dry humping, and after a while of rubbing I thought he came because he'd say "thank you" and go to bed. I told this to someone recently, and they thought this was really disgusting if this is what really happened, because the guy didn't change his boxers or anything so if he did come he just slept in it. He was a senior in college so it's not like he was some kid who didn't know better. Do you think it was just his way of saying that's enough I'm going to bed, but in a nice way? You can tell we weren't really too big on communication skills here. It was just a curious thing in retrospect!

I think you'd know if a guy came or not. Believe me, when a guy does experience this, the outward signs are usually a pause with an audible sigh. If you think back, did he have any signs of an orgasm right before he stopped?
My guess is that you did indeed make him orgasm -- a guy isn't going to NOT ejaculate and thank you for getting revved up. To say the least, it would be awfully hard (no pun intended) to sleep after furious foreplay.
From the sounds of it, he did orgasm, and he did sleep in his "mess" unless he went into the bathroom and cleaned himself up.
