Shortly after I sent it he hid stuff from me like all the porn and girly mags he's fans of (not my problem at this moment in time as we are only friends) he then started deactivating his profile and reactivating. We are volunteers and he hasn't been in since. I swear I sensed sexual tension. He told me I had a nice voice and that I seemed like a really nice person. My dad was coming pick me up and he said are you going start walking or do you want me wait with you, just nice gestures. I could be mistaken but I swear he was checking me out although it's obvious I'm not even his type. My main question is we have no mutual friends BUT one of my friends is a friend of one of his. Could my message of gone into the other folder?

A

If you're not friends him and either of you got sent a friend request by each other it'll go into his main inbox too.
It's only if you're not friends on it and facebook didn't suggest him as a friend will it go to your other folder.

I'd never heard about this 'other folder' but apparently it's to filter out spam messages from strangers. So, if you're not 'friends', the message may indeed have gone to the other folder.
Why is it obvious you're not his type? And is he your type, with his publicised like of porn and lads mags? He sounds a little immature to me.
If he's interested he will make it clear, unless he's particuarly shy. Sorry to say, but it doesn't sound as though he is interested. But perhaps the situation will become clearer if you meet him at work again.
Good luck.

But it still can show you whether he has seen it or not if you look at the message in your inbox. Some people hardly check their other messages folder. I doubt him deactivating and reactivating has anything to do with you.
