Cuz I'm about to get my first period after taking them, and I need to know if it's going to be heavy due to the 3 months of not having my period. I have never used it either, it should be like a normal period is, just be ready like it was any typical month.

 i don't use them, just prepare as if it will be heavy then you won't be underprepared!
