Gokmen.B is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThank you for all your help everyone!I am currently on birth control and I use aloe vera on my red marks and to prevent new spots. I am goign to the beach tomorrow and all though I have nearly managed to stop new spots from appearing I still have those horrid old red ones. it really does get me down. All though I have heard many good stories about bio-oil I have also heard that they bring new breakouts which wouldn't be good for me at all thank you for all your concern though everyone!

Nothing you use will work its all hormonal. But for your face try Burt Bees Acne Solutions kit really helps as a good treatment but won't be the cure its hormonal so go on get the birth control. My acne cleared up with the pill and Burt Bees it took time about 6mths.

The product is an acid and you use as little as possible, it's good to buy a very gentle moisturiser to use while using panoxyl like "simple". Then you can use the moisturiser in the morning and panoxyl in the evening. After about a month you'll see your skin looking clearer and smoother. My partner is using it and it's been amazing. Good luck

Luckily in the past few months his face is looking much better just because a few months of healing has made a good difference to his skin, and i'm sure a bit of sunshine has helped too.I haven't bought anything to help his skin recover from these red marks but it just occured to me when i was reading your question that maybe bio-oil might be helpful? some people swear by it for speeding up the healing of scars so maybe its worth a try?Other than that give your skin some time to heal, my son's face has improved, thankfully, quite quickly since he took medication for his spots but up until a couple of months ago i felt very upset for him. I hope you see improvements soon too. take care.
