A female reader, hmae89 United States +, writes (14 March 2010):

I'm sure there are online weight loss support groups. If you don't want anyone to know who you are, just make up a screen name that nobody would know. Doctors won't judge you but I know for some people this is a very sensitive subject to talk about. Do some research online about exercising and stuff. Ask yourself -- do you really NEED to lose the weight though? Or are you someone who doesn't need to but wants to? I don't want to be helping someone who doesn't even need it. Don't go on crazy "magic diets" Honestly, if you just watch what you eat and cut out not all BUT a lot of your sugar, you will notice a difference there. Even if you didn't lose weight, it's important for EVERYONE to exercise about 30 min. a day 3 times a week to stay healthy. Good Luck! :)
