I am sure you are going to encounter people who see it as odd. But to be honest, if you don't see anything wrong with it then I assume that you come from a social background that would find it somewhat acceptable. So in that case, I don't know who of your friends or family would be opposed to it.
Like I know guys who wouldn't be caught dead with a stripper. But that is mostly how they are raised and the way they view the world. But everybody's different. And if you don't see anything wrong with it then I doubt you are going to be hanging out with these types of people. So go for it.

It takes a special sort of man to take on responsibility for another man's child and treat that child as if he or she was his own flesh and blood.
Then there's the age difference - if it doesn't bother her it shouldn't bother you either.
I had a brief dalliance with an ex Las Vegas stripper some time ago, and believe it or not, she was human and fun to be with!
