-No physical stimulation of the penis during foreplay
-Don't do her from behind. Those positions are too arousing, they make her vagina too tight, and the angle of penetration is too pleasurable. I recommend missionary.
-While doing it , pull yourself up so that only the upper side of your penis rubs her vagina.

When I started having sex with my girlfriend, this happened to me. There are some very simple solutions:
1. Masturbate about 30 minutes before hand. That way you'll be able to last for much longer.
2. Wear thick condoms. Durex do a brand called "Pleasuremax" which is supposed to slow you down and speed her up.
3. If you're more worried about not getting her going, either do a lot of foreplay on her and/or get her to stimulate her clitoris during intercourse
This certainly helped our sex life, hopefully will help you two a bit. Good luck mate!
