It could be nothing - many more women than you think have some kind of bleeding in early pregnancy. I know someone who bled constantly up until week 24 - she even had to have blood transfusions - but the pregnancy survived.
How can you possibly wait until Monday, though? Can't you go and book a private scan now? I would. At 6 weeks they may see a heartbeat, too, if there is one.
Good luck ... it's so horrible when things are happening and you don't know what's going on. I couldn't wait until Monday to find out.

Hi,
You poor thing you must be terrified, trust me i've been there!!! When I was 8 weeks pregnant with my daughter i had a bleed that lasted for roughly 10 hours and was convinced i'd lost my baby. The doctor was an evil man who said bluntly to me 'you've probably had a miscarrage' and made me wait 3 days before i could have a scan.
Well, I waited scared out of my brains and had an internal scan. My baby was fine!!! The hospital were furious with my doctor for the upset he'd given me as it is quite common for many women to bleed in the early stages of pregnancy. In fact since then i have met a women who dod not know she was pregnant until she was 7 months gone as up until then she'd had a period every month.
What im trying to say to you is that as hard as it sounds you need to stay as calm as you can. The sad fact is you might have had a miscarrage nothing but the scan can tell you for sure, but there is also a chance that you might not of. Do your best to think positive, get plenty of rest and don't do anything to strenuous, your baby might be fine.
Good Luck, I'm truly hoping everything will be ok for you.
