It’s kind of on and off. I also have abnormal menstruation cycle (the longest were 6 mo and currently I am still not having my period, it’s been 4 mo already...) doctors been telling me it’s just my hormone but I am still not cure until now. Just a year ago when I was 21 yo the white/cheesy discharge came back plus there were rashes several parts of my bodies. That was when I started to research what's happening to me. I found out my lack of memory/ hard to remember things/difficult to study are also one of the symptom. Slowly until now my below starting to dry up. Now, the white discharge slowly decreasing but the white substances sticks inside my vagina... (I looked closer so I knew), it’s really itchy... I really can’t stand it... I do know some natural way of curing it. One of them is by rubbing it with plain yogurt so these are my questions:1. Does those above indicating I AM having yeast infection?2. How to put plain yogurt inside? 3. How long does it have to stay there? 4. Should I cool it or freeze it? Because I don’t have tampon atm. 5. I have plain yogurt at the moment but I want to make sure it’s the right one,• Swiss premium – plain yogurt [ingredients: milk (made from fresh alpine milk), cultures (Sc.thermophilus, Lb. Bulgaricus, Lb.acidophilus), preservatives (E2002)] = containing energy 246kj (58 kcal), protein 4.5g, carbohydrate 6.5g, fat 1.6g, is this alright? Please help me; hospital costs are very expensive here so currently I need something natural first. There are only few plain yogurts available here, the other one is product of Pauls but consists 8g of sugar so I didn’t bought it.

Especially for a foreigner myself, it will cost me another extra money. With paying all those rent, food, water, and other bills etc etc money are a bit of a problem for us. Anyway I tried them, it works charmingly. My itchiness & pain during urinate are gone. But here other questions:
1) How many hours should I let it inside? I tried for 1 hour because I’m afraid to let it longer.
2) How many days/ weeks should I continue on doing this?
3) & what about my boyfriend? I’m afraid he’s infected by me even though man doesn’t show any symptoms of yeast infection but he can make mine to reappear during intercourse.
4) Should he also eat plain yogurt every day?
5) & when can I start having intercourse? (We haven’t done any intercourse for a week now. He’s fine with it because he’s concern about my health.)

Hey,
It would be great if you can use home made yoghurt. Apparently that works better. may be because the amount of preservatives (which are like anti biotics) is low.
but first find out whether you have yeast infection.
also make sure you eat right. Some yoghurt should also find its way into your mouth. eat yoghurt! Also be stress free. yeast infections are caused by acid alkali imbalance and bust your stress to restore this balance!
Cheers!

I can't tell you if you have a yeast infection for sure (only a doctor can). Do you have any clinics in your area that can work with you on a payment plan?
If you're going to use yogurt, the sugar content is the most important. Make sure it's low, about 6-8 grams at most. Anything higher and you are giving the infection something to grow on.
One way for easy insertion is to buy some cheap latex gloves and put yogurt into the fingers, then freeze it. Ta-da, five handy applications. I would use one per day before bedtime and use a pantyliner with it to avoid leakage.
You might also want to research probiotics. They are very helpful in restoring the natural balance of your vagina.
Good luck!
