There may be an appearance of a period for the first couple of months of a pregnancy. Get a pregnancy test and find out for sure!

It is possible for some women to have a light period in the beginning of their pregnancy, but not common.
If you used a condom both times, I'd venture a guess and say that you're fine. At your age, you may experience irregularity with your period. It's totally normal, and until I got on birth control, my periods would be off by a day or two at times. Once I missed it completely, it really freaked me out!
If you don't get your period in the next several days, buy an at home test. I would take this as a sign also to try and get on some form of birth control. I suggest trying the pill, since some girls have rough side effects from high hormone dosages in the injections like Depo. Plus, it will regulate your period.
