When im out he'll call me up to see who im with and where i am. One day he'll say to me that he wants me to forget him and say horribile things to me, but the next he acts like we're best mates, i really don't understand what he is trying to do. All he seems to be doing is hurting me and making out that he hates me rather than liking me.Ii'm realy confused and don't know what to do. Do you think it would be best just to forget him and move on???

He's obviously upset and confused about the break up so is acting strangely.
You need to be firm with him and tell him it's none of his business. Don't let him have your phone to check on your life and don't answer his calls when you are out.
Move on gently and firmly.
Good Luck!! xx
