And you can't satisfy your feelings 100% without physical intimacy or orgasm, which would involve touching each other ... which you don't want to do ... so I guess you just wait ...

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'we make lots of love' if you don't touch or kiss each other. I would have suggested kissing and holding each other as what to do if you don't want to go any further before marriage.

 Cuddling a lot can reduce the need to have sex. You could watch TV, or a DVD together and just hold each other close. If you start getting too horny, get up and distract yourself.
