 Unless someone is underage, there is nothing illegal about it. If everyone is consenting, your friend just needs to realize that life is complex and strange.
No one is sleeping with their uncle, right? I got a little confused there...again though, if they're consenting to it, it may be disgusting, but as long as they are a willing participant, nothing can be done.
