I have recently moved to Hong Kong and would like to transfer money back to my existing bank accounts in the UK.

Can anyone suggest what is the best and most efficient way to do this without losing money in the exchange or due to bank charges?

erm... I'm not sure about that at all, but you do relise this is for people with relationship problems? Not finances? Try another website.
