writes:ok i basically need tips on how to get talking to this person more.he's a lad that i'm seriously in love with and he knwos i like him but says he doesn't feel the same although many people thought he did and he used to show it ALOT that he liked me.Well he's a very nice and friendly lad and i am quite a quiet girl espeically at college as i get picked on quite abit. But really when we are on our own or like sitting in class sorta on our own i'd like to gte talking to him more. The thing is he seems to be able to talk to everyone else and have a laugh with them but for some reason not me! its always been that way since before i he knew i liked him and although some of these other people in the class are very different, some are chavs actually, hes able to just randomly start talking to them and they do to him. Yet i just can't seem to do it.A part of me wonders if espeically since all the toruble i've had i've gone quiet and i do talk to people alot, infact i am hard to shut up lol, but i can't seem to start the conversation therefore it would seem that i don't talk much when actual fact i just can't seem to start a conversation and hold it because i don't know what to say. I suppose i just don't know what to say at all!I can't really ask him what music he's into or hobbies or anything because i've known him about 10 months now. A part of me thinks he's a bit shy anyway because when we're on our own he just doesn't talk! I remember once talking bout fair rides and it started out like normal a two or three word convo but got me ages to get him to start talking properly and laughing with it. Sadly that convo ended straight away because we had to get on with work and the teacher came in but please help me talk to him more!

 I think you may just have to relax. Try not to force a conversation and don't over think it.
I think if you chill out a bit a conversation will just happen naturally.
