I know my ex tried OTC (Ortho Tri-Cyclen, though there's also Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo) and it messed her up pretty badly when she didn't stick to the schedule properly. So make sure that whatever you use, your doctor has approved it for you and you do whatever your doctor says. Don't skip days, and don't go off the pill without talking to your doc.
