Somehow this guy has ended up with your email address although you need to remember you may have given him a bit of interest by taking his email address. I wander how he has your mobile number as well? It doesn't really matter because you don't want him pestering you.You need to let him know in a tactful way that though you would like to be friends, you don't want him to be contacting you constantly as you are too busy to reply as you do have other friends. If he does continue despite you saying this, then call your mobile operator to see if they will block his number. If not, consider changing your number despite the hassle this may cause. You can also change your email address, create a new one, which will give you peace of mind. However, you could just simply delete all his messages and not reply and more than likely soon he will get bored. It may be an idea to confide in your parents about this if you can and they can help you change your mobile and email address.Tell your sister also that she must not hand out any personal information about you to anyone unless you say it is okay.Be very careful in future also who you allow to have information about you.

Get your folks to help if you cannot do this yourself. In future, tell your sister to use her own email addie, not yours.
