Very straight forward question.

Is it worth it to switch to a personal electric shaver for shaving my private parts? Or should I just stick to my Venus brand?

In response to anon,

I usually shave it all off but I have wondered if it was worth investing in an electric razor. Its not really a trim so much as its a get rid of it all thing.

I tried baby oil and it did terrible things to my skin, so never again.

lotus mama808 agony auntI have been shaving my personal parts for 10 years and found that the best tool in doing so is the gillet (sp?) power fusion. It vibrates, and has 5 blades. I've noticed that they make mens shavers more durable than womans shavers. It's weird, everytime I try the womans razors, I get cut, or they dull in no time.

Ummmm well how much are you lookin to shave off???um i would say use electric hair trimmer for the bulk of it and fine tune it with your venus razor/mens tripple blade razor...i use baby oil down there before i shave so i wont chaff it works well, then just soap to rinse in the shower also shaves closest with no bumps or ingrown hairs .......but hey be careful if its the first trimming it can be harder than u think and fyi maintaining the trim is an ongoing battle so be prepared otherwise outgrowth can be quick and itchy too, just sumthin to consider too anyhow good luck and HAPPY trimming!
