Period late..not had sex..so why is it late?

A female Canada age 30-35, anonymous writes:

(this question is mainly for girls). I am a few days late for my period and I got my first ever period 2 months ago. So far I have been regular. I havn't had sex=not pregnant so I don't now why i am late. Is this normal? and what should I do? please help.

Thanks guys that made me feel a lot better. I am new at this (my period) and not always sure if some things that are happening a normal. Anyway I really appreciate. Once again Thanks

Don't worry. It is as these ladies have stated and also that stress, excercise and change in diet can all delay your cyclr.

pebble agony auntI know it's horrible but eventually they will settle down into a regualr pattern. Mine took about 2 years to do that.

As long as you're healthy (not underweight, not highly stressed, fairly good diet) then you have nothing to worry about.

Those puberty hormones are still all over the place so just give them time.
