If it is unusual abdominal pain then see a doctor.
Better to be told it's just cramps and to go home and use a heat pad than be taken to hospital with a ruptured appendix in 3 more days.

I know it sound unreal, but exercise helps. When you exercise you body release endorphins (happy chemicals) and they ca reduce pains and aches.
Eating right and sleeping right (get you 8 hours), a warm water bottle/ heating pad, A nice hot long shower might make her feel good too. Taking her vitamins can also help. Zink, calcium and vitamin B can reduce some of the pain ans symptoms.

there is nothing you really can do she could try using a heating pad but if she is still a teen then its most likely nothing to be worried about. She could try talking to a gyn though.
