My manager is one who I have never clicked with because I know through people that he has mentioned mean things about me. I've been told I'm a great worker by my doctor's who pay me, but it's uncomfortable cuz I would rather go to work and speak to them if they do. If not I'm at my desk doing my billing..if they speak to me then that's when I will put my 2 senses other than that I stay to myself! Also, I'm noticing that people are starting to annoy me. Should I have to see a phchycologist or is this normal? Please help!

You don't need a psychologist...lots of people dislike their work colleagues. I have worked in medical research environments for several years. I can honestly say I have never seen so many people (colleagues unfortunately) with nasty personality disorders in such close proximity. It is a sad case of the lunatics running the asylum :-)
Don't feel bad about not liking your work environment. If it gets you down that much, find another job. Otherwise keep yourself to yourself and you will get through the working day.

If you do want to get to know these people more, try and make a bit more of an effort by making conversaion. If not then maybe have a word with your boss and ask if he has a problem with the way you work.
If that doesn't work either carry on as you are or start searching for another job, which is what i'm currently doing.
