 All penises and foreskins are a little bit different. Some move more than others and at different rates. However, it may be worth it for you to visit a doctor. Your foreskin should pull back easily as you become aroused. If you are finding that it is tight enough to be uncomfortable or to cause you concern, it is worth getting checked out. You may need to have a small incision done to loosen it.
