Pelvic injury and erection problems

A male Canada age , *ruckaccident writes:

I was hit by an 18 wheeler at full speed. I was on foot. I'm still in the hospital and almost died. One of many injuries was a very severe fracture of my pelvis. I cannot get an erection. I also wore a catheter for several months. When catheter was removed, it still feels likes it's there. Penis is numb from tip down a couple of inches. I can still ejaculate but it's only from self stimulation and takes so much work, I usually give up and lose sleep, frustrated. I also take a lot of various medication due to diabetes and related to my injuries. I have not yet researched which ones have undesired side effects.

My main question: if my problem is due to my pelvic injury alone, is there any hope of a solution? My wife is beautiful and I wish to please her.
