writes: My boyfriend has been under stress for quite some time from all different angles - work, sick older friend. He is a great guy but can not handle any emotional stress which causes so much DRAMA. (we've been together approx 1 year) We split up got back together but I got mad at him for which I apologized. He needed space but then I went on the crazy woman phase of calling and texting which was wrong and we discussed it, he said it pushes him away.He needs some space. Then this crazy girl who no one likes starts calling him like crazy and tells me she went out with him I told her that he said to me he doesnt even know who u r and that u keep calling him 10 times a day. She went bezerk and called him and cursed at him. I saw him yesterday and he said he is going out of the country with friends whom I know.(older than him and who is has known for years) He was very nice but to me I felt he was at a breaking point. He said he will call me when he gets back but I am not allowed to go crazy with calls again - yes i was crazy. I just dont know if I am being stupid and he is playing a game. Because any other guy would be going with me. The look in his eyes tells me he loves me. Part of me says this is good for him and he needs it. The other part of me says he is just an asshole and that we should be going away together. Any thoughts?

I'm sorry to say this, but this is what he needs. I can only speak from the point of view of the guy. He just wanted some space and when he needed it the most 2 girls started phoning him and texting him like crazy. It's no surprise that he just wants a little bit of time away from it all to calm down. You need to let him relax for a bit. As you said, he loves you, he's not going to leave you, just give him a little bit of time and he'll be with you again the moment he comes back and much better off for it.
