A female United States age 26-29, *iraffe32 writes:

My parents absolutley hate my bestfriend. They think she is a bad influence on me and that she has changed me for the worse. She is actually a very sweet girl who has changed a lot from who she used to be, and i have no idea what to tell them. They won't let me hang out with her, and even at the mention of her name they tell me not to talk about her. Is there anything I could do to show them that she is a sweet girl and that she is my bestfriend no matter what?
