writes:i have been experiencing these problems for some time now. here goes. when i have sex after my period i get deep pain inside when my boyfriend penetrates. the deeper he penetrates the more it hurts. also i get painful bowel movements (doing a poo) before, during and shortly after my period.since these problems have been occuring i have also had increased vaginal discharge and it smells bad! sometimes i can smell it through my clothes. this is not because i am unhygenic as i wash every day. Please help! any advise will do!

 it seems this could be an std,its not normal to have a discharge that smells terrible please go have it checked out because this can really damage you later in the future

 I would suggest you get yourself down to your doctors as this does not sound like a "normal" pain.

reader, anonymous, writes (20 July 2007): hi i sort of went through the same problem i spoke to a friend about the problem and was told to use viginal cream for three days all it does is flashes your system but you not allowed to have sex well doing this. it help me alot . or another thing you could do is see a doctor about it but if you are to scread to then try the vigianl cream and if it dosent work then i advise you to see a doctor. you can buy it over the counter at any pharmacy.

 It is possible the that pain you are experiencing and the discharge is down to a vaginal infection, so i would strongly advise you to get an appointment with your gp straight away so they can examine you and give you the correct diagnosis and treatment for it.
