I have a small cyst there anyway and i am now worried because i can tel that my testicle moves around inside my scrotum-the cyst is sometimes at the front and sometimes at the back. which should it be? i'm woried that it could be a torsion because that needs immediate help but would i know if i had that? i've now read that some men have a strange loose attachment between their testicles and their scrotum...mine hang very low (horribly so :( ) and seem to point vertically rather than horizontally. once again, is this normal and does this mean i could be more susceptable to problems? thanks you for your time. he said it's the cyst that's causing the pain…he said don't waste your time at the e.r. and just go make an apt. w/ your doctor to find out what's causing the cyst/how to get rid of it

My husband who is a trained medic says:
Go to the hospital you F*ing idiot! If you suspect torsion then it's a surgical emergency and you are likely to lose one of your balls. If it's not torsion it could be cancer. Stop pissing around on the internet and get checked out.
To be fair no matter how ill I get he very rarely says it's worth me seeing a doctor, so I'm guessing he means it seriously in your case.
Good Luck!! xx

it's simple hun. go see a doctor!
why leave it and worry about it. if it is anything it could get worse if left, if it's nothing serious you will just worry yourself by not knowing.
doctors have seen it all, so don't be embarrassed about going to see one. if you have a female doc and would rather have a male one, just ask when you book the appointment. seriously go see the doctor.

I've read several times that any pain in the testicles is an indication that you need to go to the doctor. Don't mess around or procrastinate - just get yourself to a doctor ASAP.
