writes: Ok here am going straight to the point. i have been in a relationship for about 8years although the last 5 part of has been a long distanced. we haven't seen each other in almost 6years. after much ups and downs i decided to ent the relationship as i wasn't feeling it anymore. she understood but co-incidentally she was coming to my hometown for a marriage ceremony,i discussed we should hookup and she was fine with it. but the day she left her city for mine,she stopped picking my calls. this went on for 4 days and i was worried something bad might have happened only for me to see her comment on facebook. i was shocked and i boiled over. i sent her a text telling her welldone,but nothing hurt me all through last year than that her skipping me that way. We are no longer together but couldn't we be friends. why??

Some people can not deal with just being friends, it never works that way. Maybe the break up really upset her and she just couldn't face seeing you. Friendships with ex's can be really difficult when there are still feelings involved. However I do agree that yes it was wrong of her to treat you the way that she did and just ignore you. Try and move forward from this now and find yourself someone who you can actually spend quality time with.
