I have posted a question a few weeks ago about a distant cousin of mine, which I am interested in(not as much today). She is my age,and is the daughter of my much older cousin,so this would make her my first cousin once removed.

Anyways her mom and my mom got in an argument when they were visiting us from Iran.Soon after they moved back.

I had found her on Facebook, but whenever I added her or sent her messages, she would ignore me altogether. We never had a argument between us,only between our respective mothers.I am wondering why she would ignore me and or give a reason why she dislikes me?

I no longer bother her,but I'm wondering if I ever go to Iran in the Summer should I talk to her or will I be making a fool out of myself?I regret sending her messages and adding her on Facebook, made me look controlling and foolish.

Moo's Mum agony auntI don't think what you have done makes you look foolish and controlling on the contrary her not replying makes her seem childish.

No I wouldn't bother trying to contact her anymore. You've extended the olive branch and she hasn't taken it so forget about her. My husbands family is like that. If the mothers fight the cousins don't speak to each other and it's just ridiculous! Those kind of people like to try and make you claw and crawl you way back into their good books and believe me it's really easy to be pushed back out!

Enjoy your trip to Iran and don't even give her a second thought.
