 This is so corny but practice on an ice-lolly (one that is cylindrical in shape)! It is pretty simple as long as you watch the teeth!
When I am giving oral to my boyfriend, I prefer to hold his penis with my right hand at the base (this keeps it straight and in the right position) and then basically all you have to do is move your head up and down with your mouth around it! Now that is the much simplified version, there is obviously more to it but that is the basics. I find that using my tounge is a bit too much to deal with whilst trying to move my head so really just a bit of gentle sucking is enough to get a good response!
My boyfriend also likes me just to use my tounge and lick his penis right from the base up to the tip, this is a sort of tease before I actually start giving him oral.
If you want to do this properly then make sure it is with your boyfriend (not some random one nighter!) and that you are both comfortable and in the mood. Ask him what he likes - he will be pretty chuffed that you want to please him so much! While you are doing it, dont keep asking "is this ok" etc...just listen to the noises he is making! Generally you can tell what feels good and what feels just ok.

Just put your whole mouth around it and lick in long strokes, or kiss it. Just make sure your teeth don't touch it. You can vary your technique, you could kiss it very lightly to start off with then lick it, then cover the whole thing, try rubbing it against the inside of your cheek...there are lots of things to do. When you get more confident make sure you maintain eye contact as this is very sexy! X
