Some guys can be real jerks when they try to show girls how they feel; they try to do it as discreet as possible, especially at such a young age.It sounds as though he's really playful with you and wants to have fun with you; the fact that he's saying sorry after "jokingly" annoying you is a good sign.But don't get too hung up on it. If you think in your heart that he likes you, then take things a step furhter. The worst thing that could happen would be that he simply says no, in which case you could either let it be or laugh it off, putting it down to another "joke".
