 i agree with cd206, it sounds like hes interested but doesnt know how to deal with his feelings, so act like you dont care and hell be intrigued but dont be too aloof. If you act like you dont care all the time then hell feel rejected.

 What's with him is that he's a 13-15 year old guy. He's not going to be as mature as you for quite some time! Do you like him? If you do then start acting aloof like you couldn't care less. This will draw him in and you'll be able to manage him a little easier. If you don't tell him where to go.
