The other day I saw him while he was at the elevator waiting to go down and we made eye contact and it was instant chemistry(I was looking real good, by the way). Now, today I see him going downstairs at the elevator and it's like he tried to avoid eye contact. Why? Could someone tell me how I can get him to notice me and how I can get him to see me.Thank You
