Now i's 6 months later and I have a boyfriend who I care about a lot and I'm friends with his new girlfriend, because she is really nice and everything. But today was the first time I've seen my ex in like 5 months and everything we had together just came back. I have no idea what to do becuase I know I still love him.

 I think you need closure on this subject and only you will know when you have this. He's moved on and, you said yourself he ended it for a silly reason so he ain't worth your time! I understand this must be hard for you but just stay away from him and realise that you're better off without him. Maybe you need to split from the guy you're with now if you don't think he's what you want right now. It's not fair leading him on, is it?
As I say, you'll know when you're over him. I think you need to spend some time away from everything and decide what you want. Good luck
