Ages ago I asked a girl out at school, we'll call her M, but she said no, she wasn't horrible about it or told everyone but in general she wasn't looking for a boyfriend. That is why I liked her afterwards still, I even sent her a rose on Valentines Day. But between them 2 events I met a girl, called S, in a club and we started dating. It lasted a few months but we broke up as she bumped into her ex-boyfriend and got back together with him. Anyway it took me a while to get over S as she was my first girlfriend, but now I've gone back to fancying M. Yet whilst I was dating S I had few feelings for M but now I do. Could this be just a rebound from my girlfriend will I get over M the girl I fancy.

It could be that you are feeling a little low after your break up with 'S'. Don't hurry into another reltionship. Sounds like you need a bit of time to yourself. The fact is you have always liked 'M', and ok while your feelings were subdued for her when you went ou with 'S' they were still there!! All I'll say is, give yourself a break, enjoy being single again, try and put 'M' out of your mind. After a time things will get clearer for you. If after a few months you still like this girl, and she is free...ask her out! If not...then before you know it there will always be someone else just round that corner for you!
