 the more you practice the longer you will last. also, if you have sex, cum, then wait five minutes and you can have sex again. it'll take longer for you to cum. That being said use protection.

Masturbate before before having sex, or let your girlfriend give you head before any kind of intercourse, don't just rush into it.
Or you can masturbate right before you have sex and use a condom, this should help you alot.
As Grant already said, alot of this comes down to experience, it's a learning curving and it is actually normal for men to last around 5 mins... average.
