Dear mum of two:)

firstly..you must be a really good parents..because good parents are the ones who devote all their time to their young ones,so much so, that they forget to make time for themselfs..i guess the best thing you can do..is speak to the man you love about how your feeling. maybe you could ask a friend or family member to look after the kids one evening so that you can both go out..or maybe you could put the kids to bed earlier and enjoy sum quality time together..try and give your selfs at least one hour a evening so that you can both kick back n relax..watch a movie. i hope dis helps:)..
