Please do not lose anymore weight, eight and a half stone is what you weigh now is fine. If you want to maintain this weight, then I suggest you eat sensibly, exercise and not crash diet which is what you are doing now. There are so many people out there young and old, who have eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa and bullimia. Anorexia is starving yourself and bullimia is eating lots of food and making yourself sick or taking lots of laxatives.
Please, please, please do not become that statistic as it is highly dangerous and can seriously damage your health or become fatal. I suggest you should read up on healthy sensible eating and exercise too. Good luck my love, Dusky xxx.

there doesnt seem to be a problem here with your numbers, it may just be where your body shape may be different from others. however loosing that much in a week does bare a problem as said below 2 pounds a week is normal, id also say do the exercise of course but make sure ur eating properly too

Normal weight loss through dieting is usually 1-2 pounds per week. So I'd have to say in answer to your question, that 2 pounds per day is not normal.
In fact it could be very harmful to your health -- see webmd.com for some more information on weight loss!
I have friend who has lost a lot of weight through exercise and changing her diet; she's under the supervision of a doctor and qualified personal trainer. She is about 35 and has two lovely daughters and is now studying to be a personal trainer...
It sounds to me like you're a bit too focused on numbers. What does your doctor say about this?
