I think the fact that you had your period after taking the morning after pill means that you're not pregnant. The morning after pill tends to affect your menstruation cycle. You'll get your period within 2 weeks of taking the pill, but the month after you could be early or late, but your cycle should go back to normal by the month after. If you're worried about being pregnant, you could always take a home pregnancy exam or go see a doctor and get tested.

It could be that the morning after pill may have messed up your menstrual cycle for a bit. I wouldn't worry about being pregnant though, the morning after pill is VERY effective.
