Your time will happen. But perhaps temper your impatience and step back for a moment. Teens at around your age who feel that they are gay can be put through hell by ignorant fellow students who choose to bully a student who comes out as gay before the student is more secure within himself.
Proceed with more caution. Guys look at guys all the time and it does not mean that one or the other nor that both are gay. Sometimes it is pure jealousy, "Hey how come that guy looks better than me, I bet he has no trouble .....(name anything desirable)
You cannot assume another person is gay just by a look.
At this point the best advice I can suggest is to thrown all your energy into your studies.
Your studies at this point are really a higher priority than making a connection with a guy.
I know you do not want to wait. But Patience can achieve a better result than impatience in almost every instance like this.
